Hi, I’m Grace – Family Nurse Practitioner, herbalist and energy practitioner located in Central Vermont.

 

I founded Source Holistic Health and Source Healing and Wellness for those seeking a transformed healthcare experience.  Years of training and employment in the medical field helped me recognize both the strengths and limitations of our current medical system in cultivating true vitality. Over time, I’ve worked to develop a practice with both medical and non-medical offerings that embody a synergistic approach to human health and wellbeing.

 

My education at both McGill and Columbia University was followed by years of training in conventional medicine, western herbalism, functional medicine, Reiki and Sound Healing.  This variety allows for a deep and multifaceted view of each client’s concerns when they see me.

 

I believe that women deserve to have their health concerns validated and explored. My commitment to supporting women through the lifespan and has led me to specialized training in perimenopause and menopausal care, perinatal mental health and postpartum wellness.
