Energy and sound Healing:

Grace’s curiosity and personal experience lead her to pursue training in the fields of energy and sound healing.  Grace has studied:

Reiki levels I and II through Central Vermont Reiki.

Quantum Touch energy healing.

Sound Healing training through the Sound Healing Academy specializing in Tuning Forks with additional course work through Dr. John Bilodeau at Biosonics.

Herbalism and Integrative Training:

Grace has a strong love of nature.  As herbalism had become a hobby and passion over the years, Grace completed the Vitalist Clinical Herbalist Program through the School of Evolutionary Herbalism. She has continued her herbal education through a variety of courses and programs through Chestnut School of Herbalism, Vermont Center of Integrative Herbalism, Herbal Academy

In an effort to continue her medical education with a focus on integrative and lifestyle medicine, Grace became a Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner through the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Medical Career:

Grace began her medical career as a medical assistant in pediatrics after graduating from McGill University in 2013. After she completed her nursing degree in 2015, Grace proceeded to work as a Registered Nurse in pediatric triage, medical surgical, Neurology/Special Surgery and Neuro ICU-step down units.  These experiences were invaluable in helping her to understand the true manifestation of human illness and disease.

After completing her Family Nurse Practitioner program, Grace made the transition to Primary Care Provider in 2019 as part of the UVM Health Network.  During this time Grace managed the medical care of pediatric to geriatric patients in family medicine.  This experience solidified her western medical training and created a strong basis in conventional medical practice. While she enjoyed aspects of her role in traditional primary care, she consistently felt she was unable to deliver the quality of care she desired due to the constraints of a high-volume insurance model of healthcare.

In 2023, Grace gave birth to her daughter. The tender transition into motherhood helped her move out of environments no longer in alignment. She shifted focus back to her true passion of delivering holistic healthcare and became inspired to support the unique health needs of women across the lifespan.  She began working along-side obstetricians, gynecologists and midwives to deliver comprehensive preventative care for women, increase access to contraception, provide menopausal and perimenopausal care and increase postpartum support.  Grace became a Menopause Certified Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society in 2025. She is a Perinatal Mental Health trained professional through Postpartum Support International and is actively working on continuing education to better support the nutritional needs of postpartum women.

education and medical training:

Grace attended McGill University in Montreal, Quebec where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Minors in Behavioral Science and Social Studies of Medicine.

While at McGill, she became deeply inspired by her courses highlighting the relationship between mental and physical health, further motivating her to pursue education with a focus on holistic healthcare.

Grace went on to study nursing at Columbia University in New York, New York where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and eventually on to complete their Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program.
