All payments for Services are non‑refundable. By paying for sessions you acknowledge and accept that fees paid for initial and follow‑up consultations will not be returned under any circumstances, except where legally required. Failure to attend or late cancellation under the scheduling rules does not entitle you to a refund. Provider reserves the right to credit or reschedule sessions at its discretion but is not obligated to provide refunds.
